Taitong Control cables made in China are PVC-insulated and PVC-sheathed cables suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, energy and transportation departments, for control and protection circuits with AC rated voltage up to and including 450/750V, mainly used for transmitting control signals. They are typically applied in automation systems, machinery and equipment, electromechanical instruments, and industrial control systems, responsible for transmitting various signals from the control center to machines or equipment to ensure accurate and reliable operation.

Non-armoured cable: not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable

Armoured or copper tape shielded cable: not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable

Shielded flexible control cable: not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable

2.2 Product Description

2.2.1 Executive standard: GB/T 9330-2008. Flame retardant cables shall also meet the technical requirements of IEC 337-8.

0.5mm copper conductor: ≤ 95 Ω/km

2.2.4 Insulation resistance:

Control cable: ＞ 10000 MΩ·km

HYAT cable: ＞ 3000 MΩ·km

2.2.6 Far-end crosstalk immunity: average power of specified combination at 150kHz ＞ 69dB/km

2.3 Material

Control cables adopt copper conductors.

Nominal cross-section 2.5mm² and below: 2–61 cores

4–6mm²: 2–14 cores

10mm²: 2–10 cores

2.4 Operating temperature:

Rubber insulation: 65℃

PVC insulation: 70℃ and 105℃
