Custom low voltage unarmoured aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PE sheathed power cables by Taitong Cable are rated 0.6/1kV, manufactured to IEC 60502-1 with full certification support. Constructed with solid or compact stranded aluminium conductor, XLPE insulation, optional filling and binding tape, and UV-resistant PE outer sheath. Single-core design omits filler and binding tape naturally; multi-core versions (2–5 cores) adopt optional filling and binding tape to maintain round cable profile. XLPE delivers excellent electrical stability and 90°C continuous working temperature; PE sheath offers moisture, chemical and weather resistance.
