Separator (optional): A separator of suitable material can be applied around each conductor.

Filler (optional): A centre filler can be used.

Insulation: Rubber compound of type IE4 (EPR)

(For large cross-section cores, a textile tape may be wrapped around the core assembly prior to sheathing.)

Sheath: Rubber compound type SE4 (Neoprene/PCP/CR).

Cables with cross-sectional areas of more than 10 mm²，double sheath available , with the inner layer made of rubber compound of type SE3 and the outer layer of rubber compound of type SE4.

Is 60245 IEC 66 flexible rubber cable equal to H07RN-F? Can they be interchanged?

IEC 66 and H07RNN-F have similar construction and voltage rating, but not identical. IEC 66 max core temp is +60°C, while standard H07RN-F is +90°C. Colour code, test rules and certification systems differ. Do not replace without client approval.

Is this cable oil resistant and UV resistant?

Yes. SE4 neoprene sheath of 245 IEC 66 (ycw) offers good resistance to oil, ozone, UV and weathering for outdoor temporary use.

Can it be buried underground or continuously submerged in water?

60245 IEC 66 cable is not for permanent direct burial, nor continuous deep water submersion. Only allowed for temporary surface wet condition.

Can I get double sheath, special core colours or tinned copper?

Yes, these are custom options. Standard version is single black sheath with standard IEC core colours, bare copper.

Can it be made with armour?

Standard IEC 60245 IEC 66 is non-armoured. Armoured version is non-standard custom design, but can be customized per buyer's request.
